The aim of the YPWW is to impact the total man of the youth of this generation, while encouraging them to fulfill their God given purpose to the highest degree. The goal is that we will come together as fervent workers in the vineyard striving to equip our youth so they are enable to combat the tremendous challenges and issues that are prevalent in our society. We, the youth leaders, must teach the reality of Christ to our young people in their everyday lives through biblical and practical instruction

The YPWW is a training auxiliary that exists to equip our youth with the necessary training to live a prosperous and victorious life in Jesus Christ.

This charismatic department will design, develop, and implement programs and ministry opportunities that meet the spiritual needs of the youth of our church. Rallies, workshops, and pertinent seminars will be tools used to effectively teach our youth how to apply the Word of God in their lives. These programs are integrated within our youth department and may or may not be scheduled as a separate service or session; however, the mission and committment to our youth remain a priority.

We will use innovative methods to insure that our youth become valued resources to their families, churches, and communities. We will teach them how to become self-sustaining productive citizens.
